Kirsten Fisch

Co-Founder

Kirsten is a maternal-newborn nurse who came to nursing as a second career. She is guided by a deep commitment to women’s health and a desire to support families through life’s most transformative moments.


She has cared for birthing people across a wide range of settings—from small community hospitals to large academic medical centers, birth centers, and even home births, both in the United States and abroad. These diverse experiences have given her a unique, global perspective on childbirth and postpartum care.


Kirsten is certified as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator (LCCE). She blends clinical expertise with warmth and respect, offering personalized, evidence-based support during pregnancy, birth, and the early days of parenthood.



Carole Falletta

Co-Founder

Carole is an experienced nurse practitioner with over 30 years in women’s health. She is known for her compassionate, whole-person approach to care. Her career has been defined by a strong commitment to supporting women through every stage of life, from adolescence to motherhood and beyond.


As a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), Carole is uniquely equipped to address the physical and mental health needs of the women and families she serves. Her focus on maternal care led her to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator (LCCE). In these roles, she has guided countless women through childbirth and breastfeeding, combining clinical expertise with a thoughtful, supportive presence.


Carole remains a trusted advocate for women’s health, continually adapting to advancements in the field while staying grounded in the values of education, empowerment, and individualized care.
